As we continue to operate and guide our business during the Covid- 19 outbreak we have made changes to our business practices to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
We know this is very unsettling time for all during this pandemic so we have implemented a set of regulations to ensure that have taking all appropriate measures to safeguard your health and prevent the spread of Covid-19 in our place of work.

Longford signs is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our employees and customers whom wish to order with ourselves without anxiety or stress. So to make certain, that we are certified to have members of public on our premises we have developed the following Covid-19 Business Response Plan.
All members of staff are responsible for the delivery of this plan as well a combined effort to assist the halt of the spread of the virus. We will:
- Persist to observe our Covid-19 response and alter this plan with assistance from our team.
- Supply our employees with regular updates on the Public Health advice issued by the HSE and Gov.ie
- Display information on the signs and symptoms of Covid-19 as well as risks and prevention.
- Provide an trained designated person who are easily identifiable and put in place a reporting
system. - Update all employees of essential hygiene and respiratory etiquette and physical distancing requirements as well providing relevant PPE equipment.
- Keep a log of visitors to help with contact tracing
- Conducted training with all employees as well as attend an induction to new regulations upon returning to work
- Implement a course of action to be followed in the event of someone showing symptoms of Covid-19 while at work.
- Provide directions for employees to follow if they develop signs and symptoms of Covid-19 during work.
- Ensure the cleaning of the premises is in line with Government advice
